Receiving your IELTS results

For IELTS on Paper, your results will be mailed via Canada Post regular mail 13 business days after the test date. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery after the release date of your test results.

For IELTS on Computer, it will be released electronically only within 5-7 calendar days. You can download the electronic version (eTRF)  by logging in to your IELTS profile. We will not issue a paper Test Report Form unless otherwise requested separately, which would require a TRF fee.

Test takers cannot receive their results by phone or e-mail. If you do not attend and complete all four sections of the test, you will not receive a test result.

Global Village Test Centre is not responsible for any damaged, lost or undelivered mail. You can request to have your results sent via courier for an additional fee by e-transfer.  Please ensure that the address you provide in your application is complete and accurate, as this is where the results will be sent.

For undelivered mail, Canada Post returns it back to the test centre. This can take anywhere between 2-9 weeks. We will contact you if the mail gets returned to the test centre.
