Fees

• Test Fees:
  • Calgary: $339.00 CAD, including GST (for both Paper-Based and Computer-Delivered IELTS tests)
  • Victoria: $329.00 CAD, including GST (for both Paper-Based and Computer-Delivered IELTS tests)
  • Nanaimo: $355.00 CAD, including GST
  • Courtenay-Comox: $355.00 CAD, including GST
• Test Cancellation: $75.00 CAD admin fee deducted from approved refund requests
• Additional Test Report Form*: $25.00 CAD for each copy requested
  • *There are optional fees for couriered results. Please email us for more information.
• Enquiry on Results: $175.00 CAD, including $25 admin fee
  • $25.00 CAD admin fee deducted from EOR refund if there is an improvement in score

Payment Methods

• PayPal Smartbuttons

Online payment through PayPal is the preferred method of payment for the Test Fee. This is done through the booking system online.

• E-Transfer

Only electronic transfers are accepted for offline payments for IELTS test fees. E-Transfers are preferred method of payment for other services.

Victoria/Nanaimo/Courtenay-Comox Procedure

1. 1. 1. Make a payment through e-transfer:
         • Send an e-transfer to the email address: ieltsvictoria@gvenglish.com
         • Include a message with your FULL NAME, reason for the payment, and test centre location
      2. Email E-Transfer confirmation to ieltsvictoria@gvenglish.com

Calgary Procedures

Note: Please note that declined credit card transactions will be assessed a handling fee of $25.00.  Personal cheques ARE NOT accepted.
